CANCELLATION BY A CUSTOMER
You may cancel your order for the goods you ordered at any time up to 2 days from the date you placed the order. This is called cooling-off period. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on: 00421 (0) 907 921 454 or 0044 (0) 787 936 4107.
If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the goods or after you have received the goods then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk. The goods must be sent to the address of their origin within 7 days of the delivery for all orders from Slovakia, within 14 days of the delivery for all EU orders and within 21 days of the delivery for all international orders. The goods must be unworn, undamaged, still in their original condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. We will not accept returns on any items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition.
The cooling-off period does not apply to bespoke orders, tailor made orders and sets consisting of panties. You will be credited the amount paid for goods within 7 days of us receiving them. Any goods to be returned to us in accordance with these conditions shall not become our responsibility until we receive the goods.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
(i) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
(ii) we do not deliver to your area
(iii) the goods were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 11 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
